Congratulation to Andrew Griffith MP who this week received the Freedom of the City of London.
Andrew said ‘The city is one Britain’s greatest assets, and it was a privilege to work alongside some of the UK’s brightest minds to deliver landmark financial services reforms during my time as City Minister.’
The award was presented by the City Remembrancer, Sir Nicholas Lyons - Former Lord Mayor, Chris Hayward and Peter Dunphy.
In receiving this honour Andrew joins an illustrious list of recipients including Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher and Sarah Gilbert who led the development of the Oxford AstraZeneca Covid 19 vaccine.
